Terms and Conditions

1. Services: A&E’S Epoxy LLC offers epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, custom countertop designs, safety line markings, and related services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

2. Estimates and Quotes: All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information provided and subject to change based on the actual scope of work. 

3. Warranty: We stand by the quality of our work. Warranty details for each specific service will be provided upon completion of the project.

4. Liability: A&E’S Epoxy LLC is not responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse or improper care of the treated surfaces after completion of the service.

5. Payment: Payment terms will be provided in the agreement. Full payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Cancellation: Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellation charges may apply for short-notice cancellations.

7. Materials: While we strive to use high-quality materials, there might be slight variations in colors and patterns due to the nature of the materials used.

8. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold [Your Company Name] harmless from any claims resulting from the services provided.
